On my Design Wall

I spent 5 hours on Sunday working on this, a couple last night and it's almost totally pieced together!  This photo shows all the pieced blocks waiting to be sewn together...I LOVE this quilt...Carpenter's Wheel. Fabrics...Thimbleberries.

There are still some borders to go on but that's the easy part lol!  Well, actually, the whole pattern is easy.  Already thinking about fabric for the next one!  I have a good friend who never makes "just one" of anything, lol, and I think I may have found MY "not one" of something.  How about you?  Do you make multiples of the same pattern?  Happy Stitching!

Beautiful! I love the layout and color selection. I very rarely make more than one of anything except when I first started quilting and then I think I made 4 quilts of the same pattern. Where can I find the pattern you made, if you don't mind sharing the info.

Now that's a big block, very beautiful. Will be fun to see what borders you add. Happy stitching!

Beautiful quilt. I also want to know where to purchase the pattern.

Oh, this is one of my favorite patterns too! I have made a "few" of them. I am typically a "one only" girl, but certain patterns get their money's worth.

I love it Shelley! Beautiful! I usually don't make multiples of quilts.....once I've done one I'm ready to go on to the next project on my list. There are so many! But if I was making this quilt I think it would be an exception. It seems quick and beautiful! Enjoy!

Very pretty Shelley. The only pattern that I have made more than one of was the Yellow Brick Road pattern. It worked up quick and looked great. I made one of The Carpenter's Wheel quilt last summer. I even used Thimbleberries fabric too. (grin) I love it so much that I have the fabric to make one for my mom out of blues. You did a great job.

What a beauty! I have made what seems like a zillion raggy denim quilts from the same pattern. Otherwise, not so much. Have a happy day!

I NEVER make two of anything, Shelley. There's usually nothing left in my tank after the first one and I'm anxious to move on.

Now having said that...hmmmmmm...just maybe I'd have to try to make two of your current project. It's S-U-P-E-R!

I agree this is beautiful and I think this might be one that I also make a few of. Are they 10" blocks?

I have wanted to make a carpenters wheel forever! I love your colors! How big will yours be when finished? Where did you get the pattern? I can't wait to read your next post about this. Thanks so much for sharing. :)
