I think I've been Naughty!

Okay, I KNOW I've been naughty! Only one blog post in the whole month of December so far! It has been a disappointment to me that I have not had the time this month to blog that I had planned on.  My tree is up, some candles about, none of my snowmen or snowflake collection.  So, I've decided I will put them up after Christmas.  I usually leave them up until late February anyways and this way I will still get to enjoy them...just not for the holidays :(.

I have been blessed with some lovely gifts in the past week, though, from my Sew Night Girls and a special blogging friend, Mary.  Hi Mary!!
In the mail, I received some special Kansas Troubles squares from a quilting friend, Judy.  Mary sent me the most adorable snowman card and quilt ornie! Just love it!
Amanda made the sweet teatowel with appliqued flowers and some really nice smelling lotion. Janet made me a snowman potholder, snowman ornie and bag clasp.  Doreen made me an owl potholder, along with a fq, tapemeasure and thimble.  Darcy gave us all a beautiful tin ornie with --now get this- chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick!!, homemade by someone at the Boyce Market--saving this for the next chocolate craving!! LOL!  Janet W. made us the most wonderful wool pennie mats and brown sugar fudge, which I can't show, well because, you know, it's gone! :) LOL!
Everything is so nice...I just love all my friends so much!
One last photo...Misha relaxing in the glow of the Christmas tree lights.  This cat LOVES Christmas!  We have to hide his stocking until Christmas morning because he JUST KNOWS!! LOL!

Remember to slow down, relax and enjoy the next few days before Christmas!  Happy Stitching!

Wow, what a haul, makes not getting your snowman stuff out before Christmas no big deal. I would choose time with friends over time with decorations every time.

Happy Holidays to you too Shelley!

If you have been naughty, you won't get a gift from Santa.
