Sneak Peak!

Like I said earlier, Saturday I worked at the quilt shop and it was busy and buzzing with the excitement of lots of quilters! We were having a great time helping the ladies with their fabric choices!  Just before quitting time, I treated myself to a pattern I've had my eye on since it arrived.  The quilting buzz from all the girls had me all geared up to sew something!  Here's my sneak peak......just a little peak :)....

While picking fabrics for this project, I was reminded why I love Fq's and charms.....they allow me to have such a great variety to choose from for projects that take lots of pieces.  Buying Fq's and charms is a perfect way to build your stash for making scrap quilts.  I always say "buy what YOU like" and then your stash will always work together.  It's so fun just to pick up a quick treat of a FQ that really catches your eye without having to worry about what you'll use it for.  What do you think I'm making? Happy stitching! LOL!

What if I like it all? Oh dear! I say when you buy it you love it and should use it while in love with it rather than let it delinquish on the shelves...then you no longer love it and end up giving it away. Fiscious cycle here!
