For Love or Money?

In this case.....for Love!! Love of antique quilts that is! Look at this lovely old quilt that a wonderful friend offered to me in exchange for some quilting work for her. It's in perfect condition and I love, LOVE, LOVE it! Check out the really neat border.

I am not sure what the name of the pattern is but in this close up you can see that the block is made hexagon shape and only forms propellers when placed block to block. I can tell this for sure as two different shades on pink were used.
Whipped up some of these simply fun-to-make Snap Bags on the weekend. I used up some FQ's that were lingering around in my stash not really going with anything else. You can make 3 bags...sm, med., lge....from two FQ's. You see! Those cute fabrics that don't go anywhere else CAN be useful! I love to buy cutie FQ's just for the cuteness factor! LOL!
Speaking of cuteness factor.......

This is exactly how I felt the last three weeks!LOL! Wiped out and trying to get the fan to cool my belly! I'll only show you Misha's picture of that, though, because I want you all to still be my followers! :) Some things are better left unseen.......:)

Blogger is being wonky this morning so if this post looks like somethings out of place, it's not my fault!!
Blissful stitching to y'all!

I'm curious about the snap happy pattern! I love little patterns that I can use for fun little gifts.
